STOP : let’s try to ask ourselves some questions.
First, if a mattress is returned to the seller after the trial period, it is either destroyed or repackaged and resold to the next customer.
- Destroying a mattress made with noble materials such as natural latex, fine wool, GOTS certified cotton after a few days of existence, seems totally crazy. Our goal is not to fill garbage cans.
- Reconditioning a mattress (loaded with smells and sweats) in order to resell it seems as crazy.

Back on topic. Aside from the two-year general hardware warranty, we provide a five-year warranty on all latex.
The only wearing parts are: the latex rails of the slat system and the latex cores of the mattresses. If abnormal wear is observed, meaning a sag greater than normal, we will change the latex parts free of charge.
Trade in of old beds, slatted frames or mattresses
Apart from exception that will confirm the rule, since the beginning of 2017 we do not take back any used items. The development of bedbugs and other undesirables being in sharp increase, we avoid the crossing of new materials with the used ones at all cost.
The return of old mattress in our vehicles does not correspond to our idea of hygiene. The removal of bulky items is better organized by municipalities or associations.
